Signal cable YKSLYekw-Nr 0.6/1 kV 19x1.5 black is a reliable solution for control, protection and automation systems. The cable construction includes 19 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², made of soft copper wires. Each core is insulated with black polyvinyl chloride with white numbering for easy identification. The cores are twisted together, and in the case of the YKSLYekwżo-Nr cable, a green-yellow protective core is placed in the outer layer. The core is wrapped with a polyester tape, and the whole is protected by a common static screen made of laminated metal foil with an earthing conductor. The outer sheath is made of black oponic polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and other colors are available on request.
YKSLYekw-Nr and YKSLYekwżo-Nr cables are distinguished by their resistance to electromagnetic interference thanks to the use of a static screen. This protects the signal from the influence of external electric fields and prevents the emission of interference to the environment. Additionally, special versions of the cables are available:
- YKSLYekw-Nr-O 0.6/1 kV and YKSLYekwżo-Nr-O 0.6/1 kV: designed for operation in environments exposed to contact with petroleum-based materials (e.g. petrol stations), thanks to a coating made of special oil-resistant PVC.
- YnKSLYekw-Nr 0.6/1 kV and YnKSLYekwżo-Nr 0.6/1 kV: with increased flame retardancy, meeting the PN-EN 60332-3 standard in terms of limiting the spread of flames.
- YvKSLYekw-Nr 0.6/1 kV and YvKSLYekwżo-Nr 0.6/1 kV: with a reinforced PVC coating allowing installation outdoors and directly in the ground.
