Cable construction – the key to its properties

The YKSLYekw-Nr cable is distinguished by careful workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. The cores are made of soft copper wires (optionally tinned), which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. Each core is insulated with black polyvinyl chloride with a white number print to facilitate identification. Twisted cores form a center wrapped with a polyester tape for additional mechanical protection. A common static screen made of laminated metal foil protects against external interference, and a black polyvinyl chloride jacket provides resistance to mechanical damage and weathering.

Additionally, special versions of the cable are available:

• YKSLYekw-Nr-O: resistant to oil action – ideal for gas stations or fuel warehouses.
• YnKSLYekw-Nr: with increased flame retardancy – meets the PN-EN 60332-3 standard regarding the limitation of fire spread.
• YvKSLYekw-Nr: with a reinforced jacket – designed for laying outdoors and directly in the ground.
