YTKSY 3x2x0.5 cable is a reliable solution for connecting stationary devices in telephone, telegraph, teletransmission networks and information processing systems. It is suitable for both new installations and modernization of existing networks. Designed for permanent installation inside buildings, it provides a stable connection and minimizes the risk of interference.

YTKSY cables are characterized by a construction with single-wire copper conductors, insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Twisted in pairs, the conductors are then grouped in a core, and the whole is protected by an outer sheath of sheathing polyvinyl chloride. This construction provides resistance to mechanical damage and environmental factors. This makes the cable durable and reliable in use.

Construction and application

This cable is particularly recommended for applications requiring high-quality signal transmission and resistance to interference. It can be used in alarm systems, access control systems, as well as in teleinformatics installations. The use of shielded cables (YTKSYekp or YTKSYekw) further increases resistance to electromagnetic interference – which is crucial in environments with high noise levels.

In accordance with PN-92/T-90321 standard, the conductor insulation has appropriate colors to facilitate identification during installation. The cable is available in gray color, and TECHNOKABEL S.A. also offers other colors of the sheath. The minimum bending radius of the cable is 10x its diameter, which makes it easy to lay even in tight spaces.
