Telecommunication cable YTKSYekw – reliable connectivity inside buildings

The YTKSYekw cable is a shielded cable designed for connecting station telecommunication, telegraphic and teletransmission devices, as well as information processing devices. It will be useful both in telephone installations and in data transmission systems. Thanks to the shielding, it protects against electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission. It is an ideal solution for permanent installations inside buildings, where the reliability of connections is key.

Construction and application

This cable is characterized by a careful construction that guarantees its durability and functionality. It is made of copper single-wire cores with a diameter of 0.5 mm, which ensures good flexibility and easy installation. The cores are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation in different colors, in accordance with PN-92/T-90321. Twisted in pairs and then in the core, they are additionally protected by a common static shield made of laminated metal foil with an earthing conductor. The whole is surrounded by a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket, standardly available in white RAL 9010 – although other colors are available on request.

It is worth remembering the minimum bending radius of the cable, which is 10 x outer diameter (90mm for this model), to avoid damage during installation. The operating temperature of the cable is in the range of -40°C to +80°C, and the minimum laying temperature is above -10°C.
