Outdoor temperature sensor – automatic comfort heating control

This outdoor temperature sensor is a key element of the heating system, enabling automatic adjustment of the water temperature in the central heating installation. Thanks to it, the temperature in the house adapts to the weather conditions, providing optimal thermal comfort and energy savings. The sensor controls the boiler's weather compensation function based on the heating curve, meaning the water temperature depends on the outside temperature.

Functionality and application

The sensor is designed for outdoor mounting and works with a wide range of TERMET boilers, including MiniMax Turbo, MiniTerm Turbo, Unico Turbo and newer versions of Elegance Turbo, Termagas, Termgas Turbo and Ecocondens. It allows for precise adjustment of the heating curve, which translates to a stable temperature in the rooms and reduced heating costs. This is especially important during transitional periods when the outside temperature changes frequently.

Technical specifications and construction

The sensor is resistant to extreme weather conditions – its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +60°C. Compact dimensions (60x45x32 mm) make it easy to mount in a suitable location on the outside of the building. The kit includes all necessary mounting elements – sensor, screws and user manual. Please note that the product may come from warehouse stock and have different years of manufacture (approx. 2013), which does not affect its functionality.

Additionally, this sensor is compatible with Honeywell TA1 devices (replacement model WKC0567000000).
