AirTube Channel System – Quick Installation and High Insulation

The AirTube 200 three-piece tee set is a component of a comprehensive ventilation duct system designed for installation inside buildings. The AirTube system is primarily distinguished by its ease and speed of installation – it is estimated to be at least twice as fast as traditional solutions. This saves time and costs for both the installer and the investor.

The tees, like other elements of the system (pipes, elbows, socket fittings), are made of EPS – expanded polystyrene with graphite additive. This material is characterized by a very low thermal conductivity coefficient (0.031 W/mK), which translates into high thermal insulation and elimination of thermal bridges. Thanks to this, the AirTube system helps maintain thermal comfort in rooms and reduce energy losses. In addition, the material is resistant to moisture, which ensures the durability of the installation.

The set includes three tees with an inner diameter of 200 mm and a wall thickness of 25 mm. The tee design allows for effective distribution of airflow in the ventilation or air conditioning installation. It is worth noting the reduced air flow resistance compared to flexible ducts – it can be up to twice as low, which affects quieter system operation and lower operating costs.

The AirTube system is compatible with other system elements with a diameter of 200 mm (D 200 mm sockets and D 250 mm nipples). The operating temperature of the fittings is in the range of -40°C to +60°C, which allows them to be used in various climatic conditions.
