Pre-filtration for AirPack Home recuperators

This kit contains two pre-filters designed for CleanPad Pure 04 filters used in AirPack Home recuperators models 300, 400 and 500. These pre-filters play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of the ventilation system, protecting the main filters from rapid clogging. Using pre-filters is a simple solution that allows for less frequent replacement of more expensive main filters.

How do pre-filters work?

Pre-filters made of non-woven fabric effectively capture larger dust particles, such as dust, pet hair, or other larger pollutants. Thanks to this, the CleanPad Pure 04 filters can more effectively focus on capturing finer dust and allergens, providing cleaner air in your home. Stopping these larger particles before reaching the main filter evenly loads its surface, which translates to longer life and better performance.

Easy replacement and increased efficiency

The installation and replacement of pre-filters is extremely simple thanks to the use of Velcro. Simply peel off the used filter and mount a new one - it does not require any tools or specialized knowledge. The kit includes two pre-filters, allowing for replacement at the appropriate time and maintaining optimal air filtration quality. Using a pre-filter (ISO Coarse 30% / G2) increases the dust holding capacity of the main filter (M5) by up to 80% compared to when the M5 filter is used without a pre-filter. This translates to less frequent filter changes and lower ventilation system operating costs.
