Pre-filtration for AirPack Home recuperators

Set of two pre-filters Prefilter 05, designed for CleanPad Pure 05 cartridges in Thessla Green AirPack Home recuperators (models 650/850). Their purpose is to protect the main filters from larger contaminants such as insects, leaves, dust, and other particles. This ensures that the main filters maintain their efficiency for longer, and the recuperator operates stably and effectively.

Protection and savings in one

Prefilter 05 is a simple yet effective solution that reduces the operating costs of mechanical ventilation systems. Instead of replacing expensive main filters, you only need to regularly replace the inexpensive pre-filter fabric. This is especially important during periods of increased dust—spring and summer—when the air contains more organic contaminants. The pre-filter acts as a barrier, trapping these particles before they reach the main filter and cause premature clogging.

Easy installation and replacement

Prefilter 05 filters are attached to CleanPad Pure 05 filters using Velcro, ensuring quick and easy installation and replacement. Replacing the pre-filter requires no special tools or expertise—simply remove the soiled fabric and install a new one. Regular inspection of the filter condition (once a month) and timely replacement when needed are essential for the proper operation of the entire ventilation system. However, remember that the pre-filter does not replace the main filter—it serves only as additional protection.
