Temperature control in underfloor heating systems

The M30x1.5 actuator is an executive component that allows for precise temperature control in individual underfloor heating loops. Mounted on the manifold, it works with a room thermostat, opening or closing the flow of heating medium and ensuring thermal comfort in the room. The device is particularly useful in systems where independent temperature control in different zones is required.

Construction and application

The actuator is designed for thermostatic valves with an M30x1.5 connection. Its compact shape makes it easy to install, even in tight spaces. The IP54 protection class guarantees resistance to moisture and dust, allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions. 230V AC power supply ensures compatibility with most electrical installations.

Operating characteristics

The actuator operates in a normally closed (NC) system, which means that the valve is closed without voltage. Only after receiving a signal from the thermostat does the heat flow open. The opening/closing time is approximately 3 minutes – this is fast enough to ensure comfortable temperature control without unnecessary delays. This allows for smooth adjustment of the heat to the current needs of users and weather conditions.
