The CV-300HW model features internal serrations along the entire length of the 7.6 mm wide strap, providing maximum contact surface and eliminating the risk of damaging the insulation of bundled wires under high tension forces. The 300 mm length allows for bundling wire harnesses with a diameter of up to 88 mm, maintaining a safe margin for secure closure.

The polyamide 6.6 construction guarantees exceptional mechanical strength and tear resistance, while ensuring compliance with the UL94 V2 flammability rating. The material exhibits very good resistance to most organic solvents, oils, greases, and bases, enabling its use in machinery environments.

Operating range and environmental resistance

The tie maintains full functionality across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C, making it an ideal solution for both industrial cold storage and installations exposed to intense sunlight. Installation can be carried out at temperatures from -10°C to +60°C, providing flexibility for installation work in various weather conditions.

The special material formula ensures a water absorption level of 0.025, which minimizes the risk of swelling and polymer structure degradation due to atmospheric moisture.
