Application and technical characteristics

The A1-0410 resin joint is a professional solution for making straight connections in low-voltage electrical installations. The product is designed for single-core and multi-core insulated cables with a rated voltage of 0,6/1 kV, making it ideal for typical domestic and industrial installations.

Thanks to the IPX8 ingress protection rating, the joint provides full protection against moisture and water — it is suitable for both outdoor conditions and areas prone to condensation. The operating temperature range from -20°C to +90°C guarantees reliability in various environmental conditions.

Construction and materials

The housing is made of transparent polypropylene, which allows for monitoring the resin pouring process. The material is characterized by high resistance to chemical agents and mechanical damage. The filler is a two-component polyurethane resin in green — a mixture of hardener and resin selected in appropriate proportions for optimal dielectric protection.

The dielectric strength exceeds 20 kV/mm, ensuring effective insulation of electrical connections. Shore D55 hardness guarantees flexibility while maintaining structural stability for a period of 3 years.
