The construction with two pipes inside a single protective jacket minimizes heat loss and simplifies installation, especially in systems with recirculation. Construction and properties

ECOFLEX Aqua Twin pipes are characterized by an advanced construction that combines durability, flexibility and excellent insulation parameters. The inner pipe made of PE-Xa (cross-linked polyethylene) provides resistance to high temperatures and pressure, as well as long-term reliability. Insulation made of closed-cell PE-X foam minimizes heat loss, which translates into energy savings. The corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) protects the pipes from mechanical damage and facilitates their laying. This makes the pipe resistant to corrosion and external factors.

The pipe with a diameter of 50x6.9 mm for hot water and 32x4.4 mm for circulation is covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty from Uponor. The thermal conductivity coefficient at the level of 0.004 W/(m.K) guarantees minimal energy losses during the transport of hot water. The minimum bending radius of 800 mm allows for easy adaptation of the pipe to the specifics of the installation. The circumferential rigidity class SN4 ensures adequate mechanical strength while maintaining flexibility. The standardized dimension ratio SDR 7.4 confirms compliance with safety standards.
