The Uponor ECOFLEX Supra PLUS pre-insulated pipe is a comprehensive solution for potable water and pressure sewer installations, especially in areas exposed to low temperatures. Equipped with a self-regulating heating cable with a power of 10 W/m (at 5°C), it ensures safe medium transport even in harsh conditions. The pipe construction, with a PE-X foam insulation layer, minimizes heat loss and protects the installation from freezing.

Construction and application

The Ecoflex Supra PLUS system combines flexibility, durability and efficiency. The pipe made of polyethylene PE100 (PN 16) guarantees resistance to pressure and corrosion. The heating cable, controlled from a single power point (up to 150m), adjusts its power to the ambient temperature, providing energy-saving frost protection. The whole is surrounded by a corrugated HDPE outer jacket, which protects the insulation and facilitates installation.

The pipe is intended for use in cold potable water systems and pressure sewer systems where there is a risk of freezing underground installations. It ensures safe transport of medium with a temperature of up to +20°C and is resistant to SLW 60 loads.
