The Uponor ECOFLEX Supra PLUS pre-insulated pipe is a comprehensive solution for potable water and pressure drainage installations, especially in areas exposed to low temperatures. Equipped with a self-regulating anti-freeze cable with a power of 10 W/m (at 5°C), it ensures safe medium transport even in difficult conditions. The pipe's construction is designed for durability and ease of installation, which will be appreciated by both installers and end-users.

Construction and application – a combination of functionality and safety

The pipe consists of several key elements that together guarantee reliable operation. The inner pipe made of PE100 polyethylene (PN 16) provides strength and pressure resistance. It is surrounded by a layer of closed-cell PE-X foam, which effectively thermally insulates, minimizing heat loss. The outer, corrugated HDPE polyethylene jacket protects the insulation from mechanical damage and weathering. In addition, the built-in anti-freeze cable, powered from a single point (up to 150m), effectively prevents water from freezing inside the pipe.

The ECOFLEX Supra PLUS pipe is ideal for underground installations where the risk of freezing is greatest. It can be used to transport cold potable water and in pressure drainage systems, maintaining the medium temperature at +20°C. SLW 60 load resistance confirms its solidity and durability.
