Pre-insulated pipe ECOFLEX Supra PLUS – reliable frost protection

The Uponor ECOFLEX Supra PLUS pre-insulated pipe is a comprehensive solution for drinking water and pressure sewage installations, especially in areas exposed to low temperatures. Equipped with a self-regulating heating cable with a power of 10 W/m (at 5°C), it ensures safe medium transport even in difficult conditions. The pipe construction, with a PE-X foam insulation layer, minimizes heat loss and protects the installation from freezing.

Construction and application – everything in one system

The ECOFLEX Supra PLUS system combines flexibility, durability and ease of installation. The conduit pipe made of polyethylene PE100 (PN 16) guarantees resistance to pressure and corrosion. An additional protective pipe made of PE facilitates temperature measurement and sensor routing. The whole is surrounded by a corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE, which provides additional mechanical protection and facilitates identification.

The pipe is intended for use in underground installations where there is a risk of water freezing. It allows the transport of drinking water at a temperature of up to +20°C and pressure sewage, meeting the requirements of SLW 60 regarding load. The heating cable is powered from a single point, simplifying the installation and control of the system – the maximum power supply length is 150 meters.
