The pre-insulated Uponor ECOFLEX Supra PLUS pipe is a comprehensive solution for cold drinking water and pressure drainage installations, especially in areas exposed to low temperatures. Equipped with a self-regulating anti-freeze cable with a power of 10 W/m (at 5°C), it ensures safe medium transport even in difficult conditions. The pipe design is designed for durability and ease of installation, which will be appreciated by both professional installers and end users.

Construction and application

The Ecoflex Supra PLUS system is based on a flexible pipe made of PE100 polyethylene with a strength of PN 16 (SDR 11). The pipe is surrounded by closed-cell PE-X foam, which provides excellent thermal insulation and resistance to aging. The whole is protected by a corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE polyethylene, increasing mechanical resistance. Additionally, the construction includes a PE protective tube for running a temperature sensor and measurements.

The pipe is intended for use in underground installations where there is a risk of water freezing. It allows maintaining the medium temperature at +20°C, ensuring continuous system operation even in extreme weather conditions. SLW 60 load resistance guarantees stability and safety of use.
