Construction and application – everything in one system

The pipe consists of several key elements: an inner conduit pipe made of PE100 polyethylene with a strength of PN 16 (SDR 11), surrounded by a layer of PE-X foam, which provides excellent thermal insulation. The whole is protected by a corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE polyethylene, resistant to mechanical damage and weathering. Additionally, a built-in PE protective pipe is used to route the temperature sensor and measurement.

The Ecoflex Supra PLUS system is designed for use in underground installations where there is a risk of water freezing. It allows maintaining the medium temperature at +20°C, ensuring continuous operation even in extreme weather conditions. The pipe is characterized by high resistance to SLW 60 loads.
