Uponor S-Press Plus swivel nut elbow

This elbow with a swivel nut is designed for connecting multilayer pipes in the Uponor S-Press Plus system. Made of dezincification-resistant brass (DZR), it provides a durable and reliable connection in water and heating installations. A 90-degree bend allows for precise routing of pipelines, and a BSPP-G 1/2 inch internal thread enables connection to various fittings.

Construction and application

The elbow connects a 20 mm pipe with a 1/2 inch thread, making it an ideal solution for transition connections or branches in installations. The swivel nut simplifies installation and provides flexibility, especially in tight spaces. Tinning of the connection surfaces increases corrosion resistance and ensures tightness.

The fitting is compatible with existing Uponor components, allowing for easy expansion or modernization of existing installations. A steel clamping sleeve with an inspection hole and a unique clamping execution indicator guarantee a correct and safe connection. Additionally, a leak test indicator facilitates control of the installation's correctness.
