The Gemini 150 mm pitch elbow set is a key element of the Uponor S-Press Plus system, designed to create durable and safe connections in water and heating installations. Made of dezincification resistant brass (DZR) and tinned, it provides high corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. This set guarantees tightness and comfort of use, both for professionals and end users.

Design and application

The Gemini elbow is characterized by a double bridge construction, which increases its strength and stability. Designed for pipes with an outer diameter of 16 mm, it has a 1/2 inch connection thread. The center distance of the connections is 150 mm, which facilitates precise adaptation to specific installation needs. The set is compatible with previous Uponor components, allowing for flexible expansion of existing systems.

Application in drinking water installations allows operation at a temperature of 0°C to 70°C at a working pressure of up to 10 bar (short-term up to 95°C). In heating systems, the operating temperature range is up to 80°C at a working pressure of 10 bar (short-term up to 100°C). GW and GZ threads comply with EN 10226-1.
