Uponor S-Press Plus wall elbow – reliable connection and durability

This Gemini 16-Rp1/2"FT wall elbow from the Uponor S-Press Plus series is designed for creating safe and durable water and heating installations. Made of dezincification-resistant brass (DZR) and coated with tin, it provides corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. The use of S-Press Plus technology guarantees a leak-proof connection without the need for welding, which significantly speeds up installation and reduces the risk of errors.

Construction and practical application

The elbow is designed to connect pipes with an outer diameter of 16 mm. It has a 1/2 inch threaded connection, allowing easy connection to fittings or other installation elements. The connection length is 57 mm, and the working length is 37 mm for both crimp connections and 49 mm and 19 mm for the threaded connection. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, making it suitable for most standard domestic and commercial installations.

The elbow is used in both drinking water and heating systems. For drinking water, it can operate at temperatures from 0°C to 70°C (short-term maximum temperature is 95°C), and in heating systems up to 80°C (short-term maximum temperature is 100°C). This makes it a versatile solution for various installation needs.
