Controls DHW tank charging based on temperature difference

The auroMATIC 570 controller operates autonomously and decides when to activate the solar circulation pump — only when the temperature in the collectors is higher than in the tank. It does not require an external controller, which simplifies installation and reduces the risk of configuration errors.

Supports both single and complex systems

It can be connected to one DHW tank, but also to two — e.g., a primary and a secondary tank, or a tank and a pool circuit. All this is possible thanks to built‑in sensor inputs. The kit includes a temperature sensor VR 10 (2 pcs.) and a solar collector sensor VR 11 (1 pc.), so no additional sensors need to be purchased.

Shows actual solar energy yield

Using the VR 10 sensor it monitors the amount of heat stored by the collectors — not only the temperature but also the total yield. Data are displayed on a graphic screen, allowing the user to see how much solar energy was used during the day or week.

Protects the installation and eases service

It has built‑in protection of the solar circuit against overheating and freezing — automatically shutting off the pump at critical values. The diagnostic system runs function tests at startup and reports errors, shortening fault‑finding time.

Intuitive operation without programming

Turn a knob — and you see collector and tank temperatures, operating status. You can set a weekly or daily program, but you don’t have to — the controller works well even in its default mode. The colour screen is readable even in low light.

Works with a boiler or with collectors only

No need to replace the whole system. If you already have a Vaillant boiler, the controller can add solar charging of the tank. If you have only collectors, it functions as a full‑featured DHW preparation system, with a pre‑heating function for periods without sun.
