This kit is a ready-made solution for efficient heating, cooling and ventilation of a building, combining the advantages of a ground source heat pump, an advanced HRV system and an intelligent controller. Ground source heat pump – efficient heating and cooling

The kit includes a Vaillant flexoTHERM exclusive VWF 118/4 ground source heat pump, designed to work with ground collectors. It uses energy stored in the ground to heat the building in winter and cool it in summer. Thanks to the use of a Scroll compressor, it provides high efficiency and reliability. This pump operates with R410A refrigerant and is adapted to work in systems with a voltage of 400 V. Its heating power at temperatures of 10/35°C is from 12.88 kW, and at 0/35°C – 11.18 kW. The COP (coefficient of performance) at a level of 5.22 (at 10/35°C) demonstrates the high energy efficiency of the device. The integrated cooling function allows for comfortable maintenance of the optimal temperature on hot days. Remote control provides full system control, and compatibility with open systems (groundwater) increases installation flexibility.

Intelligent HRV ventilation – fresh air and energy saving

The recoVAIR VAR 360/4 HRV unit is a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, which provides a constant supply of fresh air to the rooms, while minimizing energy losses. This improves the air quality inside the building, reduces humidity and eliminates unpleasant odors. The HRV unit is equipped with G4 and F7 filters (with the possibility of expanding to F9), which effectively stop pollen, dust and other pollutants. Its performance is 360 m³/h, which ensures adequate air exchange in most single-family homes.

Advanced VRC 720 controller – central system management

The sensoCOMFORT VRC 720 regulator allows central control of the heat pump, HRV unit and other elements of the heating and ventilation system. The intuitive user interface makes it easy to configure and operate the device, and remote access via the sensoNET module allows you to monitor system performance and troubleshoot remotely. The controller supports integration with renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaics, which allows for further reduction of operating costs and increased environmental friendliness of the installation. The VR 32/3 module expands the system's functionality with additional control and monitoring options.
