This high efficiency results from recovering the latent heat in the flue gases, not from an excessive “over‑100 %” rule. The boiler’s water capacity is about 100 L, which reduces the number of start‑up cycles and stabilises the circuit temperature — especially beneficial with variable heat demand or in multi‑family buildings.
