This is not a technical error but a physical effect: the boiler extracts hidden energy from the water‑vapor condensate, increasing efficiency above 100 % compared with traditional boilers.

Rated power 36.4 kW in the 50/30 °C mode means the device handles low‑temperature heating systems well – e.g., large‑area radiators or floor heating. In this mode it works most efficiently, and power modulation from 10.7 kW to 36.4 kW avoids frequent starts and smooths the grid load.

Dimensions 1257 × 570 × 691 mm and installation weight 110 kg are standard for this class – no special space or floor reinforcement is required. Gas connection is 3/4", heating‑circuit connection Rp 1", which simplifies integration with existing installations.
