A high-power condensing boiler designed for heating buildings with increased heat demand, offering efficiency up to 108% (under 50/30°C conditions) and 100% under standard operating conditions. Thanks to condensation technology, the unit recovers heat contained in water vapor from flue gases, resulting in real fuel savings and lower operating costs compared to traditional atmospheric boilers. Its construction enables efficient operation in low-temperature systems, such as underfloor heating or radiators, which is crucial when modernizing existing installations or constructing new facilities.

Application and Installation Flexibility

The device is suitable for both new residential and public buildings, as well as for renovations of older heating systems. Compact dimensions – width 695 mm, height 1285 mm, and depth 1240 mm – allow it to be carried through standard doors without the need to enlarge mounting openings, which is a significant advantage during renovation works. The boiler is intended for floor mounting and can operate with combustion air drawn from the room or from outside. In cases where an increase in the total system power is required, the unit supports cascading (up to 4 units), enabling flexible adaptation of heating capacity to the building's changing needs.

Key Construction and Operational Features

The device features a wide power modulation range, allowing precise adjustment of burner operation to current heat demand; this mechanism increases thermal comfort and reduces gas consumption. The heart of the boiler is a sectional block made of aluminum-silicon alloy – this material ensures high resistance to condensation corrosion and guarantees long service life even under demanding operating conditions. The control electronics support integration with building automation systems via the eBus, enabling remote management and connection of external temperature regulators for full control over the installation.

Operational safety is ensured by self-diagnostic functions and overheating protection; an interesting solution is the emergency mode, in which the boiler, in case of non-critical errors, does not stop completely but continues operation at reduced power (approx. 75%). From the installer's perspective, key operating parameters include: maximum water pressure in the circuit of 6 bar, and heating medium temperature adjustable within the range of 35 to 85°C. However, it must be strictly noted that the use of antifreeze fluids is prohibited in this model – the manufacturer does not permit this due to the specific nature of the heat exchanger.

The high rated power of the device is 119.4 kW at a temperature difference of 50/30°C, confirming its capability to serve large facilities. The casing dimensions (695 x 1285 x 1240 mm) have been designed to maximize efficiency while maintaining a compact form that facilitates transport and installation in hard-to-reach locations. Efficiency reaching 108% makes this model one of the most economical solutions in its power class for gas installations based on natural gas.
