- Body, nut, ball, and stem made of brass - providing a high-strength load-bearing structure
- Ball and stem seals made of PTFE (teflon) - guaranteeing tightness throughout the entire service life
- Control lever made of carbon steel coated with plastic - ensuring ergonomic operation and resistance to mechanical damage
Operating parameters and medium compatibility
The valve operates at a nominal pressure of PN30, which translates to a maximum working pressure of 3,0 MPa at temperatures up to 120°C. Under elevated temperature conditions up to 150°C, the valve maintains a pressure of up to 1,0 MPa.
The design allows for operation with various media:
- Cold and hot domestic water - standard application in residential and commercial construction
- Central heating installations - suitable for heating systems of various scales
- Water-glycol mixtures - possibility of working with a glycol additive up to a concentration of 50%, which expands the range of applications to installations exposed to low temperatures
