3-way mixing valve Controlmix DN50 6097470
Mixing valve for precise temperature control
This three-way Controlmix DN50 mixing valve is a key component in central heating installations, especially where precise control of the heating medium temperature is required. It is a product of the Polish manufacturer, Valvex, known for its high quality and reliability. This valve will work perfectly both in new installations and in the modernization of existing heating systems.
The valve is designed to mix the heating agent, reducing the supply temperature to the optimal level for specific heat consumers - for example, in underfloor heating systems, which require a lower temperature than traditional radiators. It can also be used as a diverter valve, directing the heat flow to different circuits. This ensures versatility and flexibility in installation design.
Construction and functionality
The valve body made of brass guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The ribbed knob with an anti-slip surface makes it easy to precisely set the desired mixing level. A clear scale allows for accurate setting of the valve, which translates into stable temperature in the system. PTFE sliding inserts minimize flow resistance and reduce the risk of stem scaling, ensuring trouble-free operation for a long time. The flow coefficient Kv of 40 m³/h enables efficient mixing of a medium with high efficiency.
The valve is adapted to work with water and glycol (up to 50% concentration) in the temperature range from -10°C to 110°C and nominal pressure of 1.0 MPa. It can be mounted both on the supply of the installation (as a mixing valve) and on the return to the boiler - adapting it to the specific needs of the system. This makes it a universal solution for installers and end users.
