The KERMI D13 Basic switch is a component of a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, enabling convenient control of Kermi D13 devices. Thanks to MESH radio technology, it creates a reliable communication network throughout the house, without the need for complex wiring. Each device in the network acts as a router, extending the range and ensuring synchronization of all system elements. This is crucial for balanced ventilation operation and maximum heat recovery.

Surface-mounted, the Basic switch offers a wide range of control functions:

• Operating mode change: easy switching between heat recovery and exhaust ventilation.
• Fan speed control: the ability to choose from four speed levels, adjusting the ventilation intensity to current needs.
• Sleep mode: turning off the ventilation for one hour, followed by automatic return to the last set operating mode – an ideal solution for ensuring quiet operation at night or during absence.

Communication is via Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy in the 2.4 GHz band, providing a stable connection and low energy consumption. Power is supplied by two AAAA batteries (included), eliminating the need to connect to the mains and providing freedom in choosing the mounting location. The transmission power is 0.32 mW.
