This device is dedicated to intensive air exchange in facilities where high performance is required while maintaining compact dimensions. It is suitable for warehouses, production halls, workshops, as well as specific environments such as pigsties or poultry houses, where the presence of water vapor and dust is the norm. Thanks to its axial construction and the possibility of wall mounting in any position, the installer gains flexibility when laying the ventilation system, and the end user receives a device capable of continuous operation in difficult atmospheric conditions. The fan easily handles ambient temperatures from -40°C to +70°C, making it a universal solution for both unheated buildings in winter and industrial premises with elevated temperatures.

Construction and Resistance to External Factors

The key element of this series is the housing made of steel sheet, which undergoes a process of cathodic electrocoating primer and polyester paint finishing. This solution ensures high corrosion resistance, which is important when mounting in places with high humidity or aggressive chemicals. The impeller is made of thermoplastic reinforced with glass fiber – this material is not only lightweight and durable but, importantly, has UV resistance. Thanks to this, even with direct sunlight (e.g., in greenhouses or outdoors), it does not degrade or become brittle. The entire unit has been dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940, resulting in quieter operation and reduced vibrations transmitted to the mounting wall.

Motor and Control Capabilities

This model uses a single-phase 230V 50Hz motor with an IP65 protection rating and insulation class F. The high degree of sealing protects the windings from water and dust ingress, which is crucial when washing rooms or operating in humid environments. The motor features built-in thermal overload protection, increasing operational safety and extending the device's lifespan. Importantly for installers – the unit is adapted for voltage-based speed control (continuous thyristor or 5-step transformer), allowing the flow rate to be adjusted to current ventilation needs without the need to replace the entire device.

Key Operational Data

In practice, the device achieves a maximum performance of approximately 12 980 m³/h at a static pressure of up to 180 Pa, enabling effective ventilation of large volumes even with existing system resistances. Operation occurs at a rotational speed of approximately 1410 rpm, and the generated noise level is about 72 dB(A), which should be considered when planning the location in facilities requiring quiet. Power is supplied from a single-phase 230 V network, with a power consumption of approx. 1102 W and a rated current of 4.7 A. The total weight is approximately 22 kg, and the external housing dimensions are 710 x 710 mm, facilitating installation in standard wall openings. It is worth remembering that this device requires proper preparation of the electrical installation due to the current draw and noise level exceeding typical values for domestic fans – this is industrial-grade equipment. Installation should be carried out to avoid excessive wall vibrations, and connection to a speed controller (sold separately) will allow for optimization of energy consumption and acoustic comfort in the room.
