The COMPACT HCFB 4 355/HA axial fan is a device designed for efficient air exchange in facilities where reliability and compact construction are priorities. Its design allows for wall mounting in any position, significantly facilitating installation in challenging spatial conditions. The device is suitable for both utility rooms and industrial halls. Thanks to a capacity reaching 3490 m³/h, it effectively handles ventilation of large spaces, such as:

Construction and Resistance to Environmental Conditions

Motor and Control Capabilities

The heart of this fan is a single-phase asynchronous electric motor (230 V), which meets the rigorous standards of UNE-113 and IEC 34-1. The protection rating IP65 ensures the motor is dust-tight and protected against water jets, making it safe for use in humid rooms or under direct exposure to rain (with appropriate mounting). Insulation class F provides an additional margin of thermal safety.

The motor features built-in thermal winding protection against overload – a crucial element protecting the drive from overheating during prolonged operation under load. Importantly for installers and end-users: the unit is standardly adapted for voltage-based speed control. This means the possibility of smooth capacity adjustment using thyristor controllers (e.g., REB series) or 5-step transformer controllers (e.g., ARW 1.5/1), allowing the air flow rate to be adjusted to current needs without the need to replace the entire device.

In practice, this unit achieves a rotational speed of approximately 1225 rpm with a power consumption of 200 W and a rated current of 1 A. The generated noise level is approximately 58 dB(A), and the device mass is approx. 8 kg, facilitating its transport and installation without the use of heavy lifting equipment.
