Purpose and application

Fan COMPACT HCFB 6 630/HA is intended for general ventilation of rooms with a user or industrial character. It is ideal where a constant air exchange is needed without duct installation – such as in warehouses, storage facilities, workshops, production halls, parking lots, retail premises or greenhouses. It can also be integrated with air‑conditioning systems as an air‑exchange element.

Construction and durability

Impeller made of glass‑fiber reinforced thermoplastic – a material resistant to UV radiation and aggressive environments, providing long‑term durability even when exposed to sunlight or moisture. Housing of extruded steel sheet, protected with cathodic painting and a polyester layer – protects against corrosion while allowing installation both indoors and outdoors. Stainless‑steel fasteners – minimize wear and ensure sealing at connections.

Motor and operating conditions

Single‑phase asynchronous motor 230 V / 50 Hz, insulation class F, protection rating IP65 – dust‑tight and water‑jet resistant, ensuring reliable operation in industrial conditions. Equipped with thermal winding protection against overload (except for models Ø800 and larger), further safeguarding the installation from sudden load spikes. Operates in temperatures from –40 °C to +70 °C – suitable for cold warehouses as well as hot production halls. Maximum flow rate is about 10 750 m³/h at a low noise level – 60 dB(A), making it suitable where a balance between airflow and acoustic comfort is required.

Installation and flexibility

The advantage is a very compact construction – allows wall mounting in any position: vertical, horizontal or angled. No complex frames or bases are required – simply prepare an opening in the wall and connect power. No need for additional vibration‑reducing elements – the impeller is dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940, eliminating the need for post‑installation balancing.
