PP elbow 45° 25mm 308-25-V

PP-R elbow 45 degrees 25mm – reliability and durability in the installation system

The PP-R welded elbow with a diameter of 25 mm and an angle of 45 degrees is a key element of the water supply and heating installation system. Made of high-quality polypropylene copolymer (PP-R), it ensures the tightness and long-term reliability of connections. It is designed to connect PP-R pipes using the welding method, which guarantees a durable and safe connection, resistant to high pressure and temperature.

Construction and application

This fitting, manufactured by VESBO, is an integral part of a comprehensive PP-R system. Its design allows for changing the flow direction of the medium in the installation at a 45-degree angle. The elbow is used in installations:

• Water supply – both in residential and industrial buildings.
• Central heating – for distributing hot heating water.
• Domestic hot water installations – ensuring safe transport of drinking water (subject to appropriate standards).
• Underfloor heating systems – as an element connecting pipe sections.

Thanks to its versatility, the PP-R 45-degree 25mm elbow is suitable for both new installations and for modernizing existing systems.

Product advantages in practice

• Durability and resistance: Made of high-quality PP-R, resistant to corrosion, high temperatures (up to 95°C) and pressure (PN10).
• Tightness: Welding PP-R elements ensures a completely tight connection, eliminating the risk of leaks.
• Easy installation: Installing the elbow requires the use of a specialized PP-R welding machine, but the process is relatively simple and quick for an experienced installer.
• Compatibility: Fully compatible with other elements of the VESBO PP-R system and other brands offering PP-R elements.
• Safety: The material is chemically neutral and does not affect the quality of the transported medium.
• Versatility: The 45-degree angle allows for flexible routing of the installation in various configurations.
• Longevity: A properly made welded connection will last for many years without the need for repairs or replacement.

The VESBO PP-R elbow is an investment in a safe and trouble-free installation that will last for years.
