Polypropylene pipe VESBO PN20 with a diameter of 25mm and a wall thickness of 4.2mm is an element of water supply and heating installation systems, characterized by high strength and corrosion resistance. Properties and application

VESBO PN20 pipe is standardized according to EN ISO 15874 and DIN 8077 and DIN 8078 standards, which guarantees its safety and compliance with applicable standards. Its linear expansion coefficient is 0.15 mm/(m.K), which should be taken into account when designing installations, especially those with a large length. Thanks to the pressure class PN20, the pipe is adapted to work at a maximum working pressure of 20 bar. The gray color of the pipe makes it easier to identify in the installation.

VESBO PP-R pipes are ideal for:

Construction and assembly

VESBO PN20 pipe has a smooth inner surface with a roughness of 0.007 mm, which minimizes pressure losses of the flowing medium and limits the deposition of scale. The lack of a socket requires the use of a polypropylene welding machine and appropriate fittings to make connections – welding is the most popular method of joining PP-R system elements, ensuring a tight and durable connection. It is important to maintain the appropriate welding depth and heating time of pipes and fittings, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations (information available in the VESBO catalog). These pipes are supplied in bundles of 100 pieces, 4 meters long.
