VPremium PERT/AL/PERT 32mm pipe is an advanced solution for water and heating installations, combining the flexibility of plastics with the strength and low thermal expansion of aluminum. The construction consisting of five layers – two layers of high-temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), an aluminum layer and two layers of adhesive – ensures reliability and long-lasting operation. The pipe is supplied in rolls of 50 meters.

Construction and properties

VPremium pipes are characterized by high resistance to pressure and temperature, allowing their use in drinking water, hot and cold domestic water, central heating and underfloor heating installations. The inner aluminum layer acts as an anti-diffusion barrier, preventing oxygen from penetrating the installation, which minimizes the risk of corrosion of metal elements. Additionally, aluminum limits the expansion of the pipe under the influence of temperature, bringing it closer to the values characteristic of metal pipes. The smooth inner surface minimizes flow resistance and prevents scale build-up. These pipes are easy to install and bend (up to 25mm diameter without tools), and their lightweight construction makes them easy to transport and install.
