Multi-layer PEX-AL-PEX VPremium pipe – a solid foundation for installation

The VPremium PERT/AL/PERT multi-layer pipe is an advanced solution for building water supply, heating and underfloor heating installations. The construction consisting of five layers combines the advantages of plastics and metal, ensuring durability, reliability and ease of installation. The use of high-temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) guarantees a long service life, estimated at a minimum of 50 years. The pipe is intended for transporting drinking water, hot and cold domestic water and in central heating and underfloor heating systems.

Construction and properties

The VPremium pipe is characterized by a unique construction: two layers of PE-RT provide flexibility and corrosion resistance, and between them is placed a layer of aluminum welded in overlap. Aluminum acts as an anti-diffusion barrier for oxygen, which prevents corrosion of installation elements and ensures the shape stability of the pipe. Two layers of adhesive connect the PE-RT plastic with aluminum, creating a durable and tight connection. Thanks to this solution, the pipe is resistant to high pressure and temperatures (up to 95°C), while maintaining flexibility allowing easy bending – especially in the case of pipes with smaller diameters.

The pipe is available in lengths of 4 meters and a diameter of 50 mm with a wall thickness of 4.5 mm.
