Universal vent for ventilation systems

This vent, complete with a mounting plate, is a reliable solution for effectively exhausting stale air. It is suitable for both gravity and mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery, as well as for window shafts. Its design provides a performance of approximately 840 m³/h at 50 Pa, which translates to effective air exchange in rooms.

Construction and installation

The vent is supplied with a mounting plate of 400x400 mm, a gasket and a set of screws. Installation is simple and intuitive – it can be carried out on a ventilation duct using the plate, or directly on the ventilation pipe. The set also includes a galvanized ventilation pipe, which facilitates installation and ensures a durable connection. The internal diameter of the vent is 200 mm.

Durability and resistance

The vent is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP), which is characterized by exceptional resistance to corrosion and weathering. This allows it to operate in a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +80°C (occasionally up to +120°C), which guarantees reliability for years to come. The inner pipe is made of galvanized sheet metal, and the polyurethane foam insulation prevents condensation inside the ventilation duct – this is important for maintaining optimal system performance and avoiding moisture-related problems. The VILPE head shape is designed to provide the best vertical air exhaust without restrictions.

Additionally, the product is covered by a 20-year technical guarantee and a 10-year aesthetic guarantee – this confirms the high quality of workmanship and durability of the product. The vent was designed and manufactured in Finland, which demonstrates the use of modern technologies and attention to detail.
