The MPPT controller doesn’t just charge the battery—it optimizes the entire process, extracting maximum power from the panels even when sunlight is diffuse or insufficient. Conversion efficiency exceeding 99.9% ensures that virtually every watt from the panels reaches the battery, rather than being lost as heat. This significantly boosts system performance compared to traditional PWM controllers, especially under cloudy conditions or during early morning/late evening hours.
Automatically adapts to your battery and operating conditions
The device automatically detects battery voltage—12V or 24V—and adjusts charging parameters without manual configuration. It works with most battery types: GEL, AGM, LiFePO4 lithium, and flooded lead-acid. For lithium batteries, all settings (charging voltages, modes) are accessible exclusively via the smartphone app—no need to open the casing or navigate complex menus on the display.
The built-in temperature sensor and automatic temperature compensation operate in real time: if the controller heats up (e.g., during intense charging on a hot day), the charging current gradually decreases to prevent battery overheating. This not only extends battery life but also reduces the risk of failure.
Charges in four stages and controls load without additional devices
Charging follows a four-stage cycle: MPPT (maximum power), BOOST (high-voltage pulse for full charge), EQUALIZATION (cell balancing—critical for lead-acid batteries), and FLOAT (maintenance). No manual switching is required—all stages occur automatically.
Additionally, the controller can manage connected loads: turning them on at dusk and off at dawn (ideal for lighting), in night mode (e.g., for pumps), manually, or continuously. No separate timer or relay is needed—all functionality is integrated into one device.
Control everything via your smartphone—no wires required
The SolarLife app (available for iOS and Android) enables remote monitoring of battery voltage, charging current, temperature, and SOC status. You can adjust LiFePO4 charging parameters, review historical data, or activate balancing mode from anywhere. Communication occurs via Bluetooth—no Wi-Fi or external modem required.
Protection systems operate without your intervention
The controller continuously monitors for overloads, short circuits, overheating, and excessive input voltage. If panel voltage exceeds 100V, it automatically limits power draw. If the battery discharges below 10.8V (12V system), it disconnects the load; upon recharging to 11.6V, it reconnects automatically. IP32 rating ensures resistance to dust and water droplets—mounting under a canopy or in a dry enclosure is sufficient.
Dimensions of 189x255x69 mm and a weight of 2 kg make installation easy, even in confined spaces. For example, it can be mounted directly onto the wall of a battery enclosure—no special mounting structure is required.
