This VTS Euroheat room thermostat, dedicated to working with Volcano VR devices, is a simple and reliable solution for controlling heating and cooling. Its versatility makes it suitable for both production halls, warehouses, and commercial facilities. Thanks to separate control outputs, it allows simultaneous control of heaters and destratifiers, ensuring optimal thermal conditions throughout the room.

Functionality and application

The TR010 VTS thermostat is an ON/OFF type device, which means it operates on the principle of simple switching on and off the load depending on the set temperature. It has two independent contacts – one for heating (e.g., VOLCANO heater) and the other for cooling or destratification (e.g., VR-D). When the temperature drops below the setpoint, the heating turns on; when it exceeds – the destratifier discharges warm air from under the ceiling down. This solution is particularly effective in facilities with large volumes, where natural convection does not ensure uniform temperature distribution.

The thermostat is powered by batteries (accumulator) or 24-230 V AC voltage, which provides flexibility in choosing the power source. The permissible load of the contacts is 10(3) A, which allows controlling both devices with low power consumption directly, as well as contactors or relays with higher power. The temperature setting range of 10-30°C allows you to adapt the device to different needs and working conditions.

Construction features and parameters

The thermostat has been designed with easy surface mounting and intuitive operation in mind. The housing with IP30 protection degree protects it from the influence of external factors inside the premises. The device operates in a wide range of ambient temperatures (-10°C to +50°C), which guarantees its reliability even in difficult conditions. Remember to place the thermostat in a representative place – away from direct sunlight or sources of electromagnetic interference.
