2-wire end wall and internal partition for TOPJOB S connectors
/ / This element serves a dual role in electrical installations - it acts as an end wall closing a sequence of connectors on a TH35 rail and as an internal partition separating groups of feed-through connectors from each other. Installation is done via a snap-in system - simply slide the element between modules or at the end of a row, without the use of tools or additional clips. / /
Compatibility and application
/ / The wall is designed for use with two-wire feed-through connectors of the 2001-120x and 2002-120x series with a cross-section up to 2,5 mm². It is ideal for expanding distribution boards - allowing functional sections (e.g., power circuits from control circuits) to be aesthetically separated without interfering with the electrical connections between the connectors. / /
Construction and material
/ / Made of polyamide PA66 - a thermoplastic with high impact strength and thermal resistance up to 105°C. The wall thickness is 0,8 mm, the height is 48,5 mm, and the depth is matched to the depth of the TOPJOB S series connectors (~33 mm). The weight of the element itself is only 1,2 g, which does not load the cabinet structure. / / The snap-in mounting allows for quick repositioning of elements during installation modifications - particularly useful on construction sites and during servicing. / /
Safety and standards
/ / Polyamide PA66 meets the UL94 V0 flammability class - it does not spread flames and extinguishes itself after the fire source is removed. The heat release is only 0,036 MJ, which minimizes the element's contribution to fire development. / / The product is RoHS compliant (no hazardous substances) and does not contain SVHC (substances of very high concern). It meets the standards for railway rolling stock - it has passed vibration and shock resistance tests according to DIN EN 61373, confirming durability in rail transport conditions. / / Insulation material group I provides basic protection when working in industrial conditions.
