This U G2 connector from the BIS RapidStrut series is a solution for effectively joining mounting rails end-to-end. Designed for professional installers and end-users alike, it provides quick and secure mounting of support structures. It is ideal for building and reinforcing mounting rail systems, both indoors and outdoors.

Design and application

The connector is made of steel coated with UltraProtect 1000 coating, which guarantees high corrosion resistance. POM (polyoxymethylene) springs ensure connection stability. Designed for RapidStrut rails with a width of 41-41 mm, mounted with M10 screws. Pre-assembled – ready to use immediately after unpacking. Thanks to the BIS RapidStrut sliding nuts, the mounting is exceptionally quick and does not require additional tools.

Resistance and durability

The unique UltraProtect 1000 coating provides corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments (up to C4). The connector passed the salt spray test according to ISO 9227, achieving a result of min. 1000 hours with a maximum of 5% red rust. This confirms its durability and reliability even in harsh weather conditions. Thanks to this, the element can be used both indoors and outdoors without fear of losing its properties.
