BIS flat washer — a universal element of mounting systems

Application and compatibility

An element of the Walraven BIS UltraProtect® 1000 system designed for mounting on mounting rails with dimensions 27×18, 30×15, 30×20, 30×30, 30×45, and 38×40 mm. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor building installations.

Material and protective surface

Made of electrolytically galvanized steel, which ensures high corrosion resistance. The product meets the requirements of the Walraven BIS UltraProtect® 1000 surface protection system — guaranteeing resistance of at least 1000 hours in a salt spray test according to the ISO 9227 standard (maximum 5% red rust).

Safety and certification

The washer has been tested for fire safety, confirming its suitability for installations requiring compliance with fire protection standards.

Performance parameters

Thanks to its design, it ensures stable fastening of elements to mounting rails while simultaneously protecting the surface from mechanical damage and corrosion. The low weight (1 g) does not add additional load to the structure.
