/br>The WQV 4/2 5-1 cross-rail connector is used to create bridge connections between two terminals in terminal block rows. The product enables potential distribution and signal transmission in electrical and control installations - it is suitable for both industrial control panels and building automation applications. /br>#### Construction and materials /br>The connector body is made of polyamide PA 66 - a material resistant to mechanical impacts and typical chemical agents encountered in industrial environments. The UL 94 V-0 flammability rating means the material is self-extinguishing after the ignition source is removed, which increases operational safety in enclosed housings. /br>The housing dimensions are 7.6 × 7.6 × 18 mm with a mass of only 2.32 g - the compact form does not disturb neighboring elements in the terminal row. The yellow color is the standard designation for neutral elements in the Weidmüller system. /br>#### Operating parameters and mounting method /br>Mounting is performed by screwing - the clamping screws handle a torque range of 0.5-1.0 Nm, allowing for secure fastening without the risk of stripping the thread. The pin pitch of 6.1 mm ensures compatibility with the grid typical for the W series. /br>The rated continuous current of 41 A remains constant in both two-pole and multi-pole configurations - there is no degradation when bridging a larger number of terminals. Insulation and a protective cover against accidental contact eliminate the risk of short circuits between adjacent paths. /br>The continuous operating temperature range from -60°C to +130°C allows for use in harsh conditions - from industrial cold storage to high ambient temperature environments. /br>#### Compatibility and standards /br>The bridge is designed to work with W series terminal blocks manufactured by Weidmüller.
