Durable terminal fastening on TH-35

The AEB 35 SC/1 end bracket is a component of a mounting system designed for TH-35 mm (TS 35) mounting rails. Its primary function is the stable fastening of end terminals in a terminal block strip - preventing them from sliding along the rail, which is particularly important during intensive operation and vibrations.

Mounting is performed using screws - the tightening torque is in the range of 0,5-1 Nm. The design features closed sides and is not equipped with snap-in pins or snap-in functionality, ensuring a rigid connection to the rail.

WEMID GF 30 material and thermal resistance

The carrier material is WEMID GF 30 - a glass fiber reinforced (30% GF) thermoset plastic. It is characterized by high mechanical strength and good dimensional stability even at elevated temperatures.

The continuous operating temperature range is from -60°C to +130°C, and the storage temperature can range from -25°C to +55°C. The flammability class according to UL94 is V-0, meaning the material self-extinguishes after the removal of the fire source - an important feature in industrial installations and applications requiring fire certification.

Compatibility and additional functions

The bracket is dedicated to Weidmüller brand A-series terminal blocks - both those with PUSH IN and SNAP IN technology. The manufacturer has also provided the possibility of mounting group markers on it, which facilitates the organization and identification of electrical installation segments.

Additionally, the bracket allows for the mounting of a test plug holder, enabling the safe connection of measuring devices without interfering with the structure of the terminal blocks.

The product complies with RoHS and REACH directives - it does not contain SVHC substances above 0.1% by weight. The net weight is approximately 12,8-13,3 g, and the overall dimensions are 8 × 58 × 36 mm.
