The PUSH IN feed-through terminal block with a rated cross-section of 16 mm² and a current of 76 A is a compact solution for connecting and joining conductors in electrical switchgear. PUSH IN technology eliminates the need for tools - simply insert the wire into the terminal, and the spring mechanism automatically ensures a durable and stable contact. This significantly accelerates assembly work, especially with a large number of connections.

The housing made of Wemid thermoplastic is characterized by a flammability class of V-0 according to UL 94, which means high resistance to fire spread. Tin-plated copper contact elements guarantee a minimum contact resistance of 0.42 mΩ, and hardened steel in the terminal construction withstands the mechanical loads occurring during operation.

Range of applicable conductors and connection flexibility

The terminal supports a wide range of conductor types:

• Solid conductors: from 0.5 to 16 mm²
• Stranded conductors with ferrule: from 0.5 to 16 mm²
• Stranded conductors without ferrule: from 0.5 to 25 mm²
• Multi-core conductors: from 10 to 25 mm²

Two connection points on one level allow for the rapid creation of feed-through connections or the expansion of the installation. The stripping length is 18 mm, and the screwdriver slot dimensions are 1.0 × 5.5 mm - standard tools fit without any problems.

Dimensions and operating conditions

The compact housing with a width of only 12 mm enables high density of components in the switchgear. The total height is 80.5 mm, and the depth with the mounted DIN rail is 52.5 mm. The operating temperature range from −60 °C to +130 °C makes the block suitable for both industrial cold storage and high-temperature environments.

The rated voltage of 1000 V AC/DC and impulse strength of 8 kV allow for use in low and medium voltage installations. Power loss at full load is approximately 2.43 W, which is typical for this product segment.

Mounting is performed on a standard TH-35 mm DIN rail. An end cover is required - it must be ordered separately as a finishing accessory.

The block is intended for electrical installations based on copper conductors. Thanks to PUSH IN technology, it is suitable both for electricians performing stationary installations and for service technicians working on portable devices or control panels requiring rapid wiring disassembly.
