Material construction and operational safety

The insulating housing is made of Wemid thermoplastic, which features a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, ensuring the highest level of fire safety for insulating components.

The conductive elements are made of tin-plated copper, guaranteeing optimal electrical conductivity and resistance to electrochemical corrosion. Mechanical components are made of hardened steel, which withstands mechanical overloads occurring during installation and operation.

Mounting and system compatibility

The block is mounted on a standard TH-35 mm DIN rail using a snap-on system, enabling quick installation without tools. The compact design with a width of only 5.1 mm allows for high-density packing in switchgear.
