Multi-level modular terminal block, PUSH IN, Dark beige, 1.5 mm², 500 V, number of connections: 4, number of levels: 2, TS 35, V-0, A2T 1.5 2469370000
Two-level terminal block for industrial installations
Designed for fast and secure wire connection in switchgear and control cabinets - the two-level Push-in terminal block allows for saving space on the DIN rail thanks to the vertical configuration of two independent levels. Push-in technology eliminates the need to tighten screw terminals - simply insert a wire prepared standardly or with a ferrule, and the spring mechanism automatically ensures a durable electrical contact.
Construction and materials
The housing made of Wemid thermoplastic is characterized by the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating - it does not spread flames and is resistant to high operating temperatures up to 130°C. The conductive contacts are made of hardened steel (resistant to mechanical loads) and tin-plated copper, which guarantees low contact resistance and long-term connection stability.
Housing dimensions are 84 mm height, 45 mm depth and only 3.5 mm width - the narrow design allows for dense packing of many terminals on the TS 35 rail without unnecessary gaps.
Operating parameters and certificates
The terminal operates at a rated voltage of 500 V and a current of 16 A, supporting wires with cross-sections from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm² - including solid, multi-layer stranded, and flexible wires with ferrules. The operating temperature range is from −60°C to +130°C, allowing for use in harsh environmental conditions.
The product holds ATEX (TUEV16ATEX7909U) and IECEx (IECEXTUR16.0036U) certificates, meaning it is approved for use in explosion-hazardous zones - in II 2 G D systems at voltages up to 440 V and currents of 13.5 A. It also complies with the IEC 60947-7-1 standard and RoHS directive requirements.
Application and compatibility
The two-level design allows for the separation of circuits into two independent potentials - each level has two terminal points (four connections in total). The lack of an internal connection between levels provides full flexibility in designing signaling and power supply installations.
Accessories from the manufacturer's range are compatible with the terminal: ZQV 1.5N series comb jumpers (available in various configurations), ATPG test adapters, and ZEW end brackets for securing the outermost elements in the set.
