Separation plate ZAP/TW7

The ZAP/TW7 separation plate is a key element of the Weidmüller modular terminal system, providing both electrical and optical separation of adjacent cross-connections in industrial installations. Made of high-quality dark beige Wemid material, it guarantees not only functionality but also an aesthetic appearance for control cabinets.

Construction and technical parameters

The compact design with dimensions of 50,5 mm height, 2,5 mm width, and 36,2 mm depth allows for optimal space utilization in control cabinets. The plate, weighing only 2,84 g, features a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, meaning self-extinguishing in less than 10 seconds after the flame is removed.

The Wemid material provides excellent resistance to environmental conditions and dimensional stability across a wide operating temperature range from -50°C to 120°C. The storage temperature ranges from -25°C to 55°C, enabling long-term storage without loss of properties.

Mounting and compatibility

The snap-on system enables fast and trouble-free mounting directly onto Z-series terminals. The "direct mounting" solution eliminates the need for additional tools or fastening elements, significantly reducing installation time.

The plate is compatible with a wide range of Weidmüller Z-series terminals, ensuring universal application in various control cabinet configurations. Thanks to its precise fit, it guarantees stable mounting and effective galvanic isolation between adjacent current paths.
