Pressure gauge valve type 910.11

The pressure gauge valve type 910.11 is a key component of protective fittings in pressure measurement systems for liquids, gases, and vapors. Compliance with the DIN 16271 standard allows for the simultaneous connection of a measuring device and a test device to the same pressure line.

Construction and materials

The valve body is made of brass, which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation in industrial environments. PTFE sealing ensures tightness across a wide temperature range from -10°C to +120°C. The valve is available in two design forms: form A with a mounting adapter and form B with a stud for mounting bracket.

The design includes a vent screw that allows for the safe emptying of the system before removing the pressure gauge. The M20 x 1,5 test port allows for the connection of an additional control device without the need to interrupt the production process.

Operating parameters and safety

The maximum nominal pressure is 250 bar, enabling use in demanding industrial installations. The valve functions as both an isolation and a throttling element, protecting pressure gauges from harmful pressure spikes and pulsations of the medium.

An operating temperature from -10°C to +120°C makes the valve suitable for both refrigeration applications and elevated process temperatures. A stainless steel version is available for chemically aggressive media.

The product meets the requirements of German DIN standards regarding pressure gauge fittings. Optional inspection certificates according to DIN 50049 / EN 10204 3.1 are available, as well as special oil-free and grease-free versions for applications requiring process cleanliness.
