Professional solution for pressure measurement systems
The WIKA model 910.11 pressure gauge valve is a two-way shut-off valve specifically designed to protect measuring instruments from harmful pressure spikes and medium pulsations. Constructed from stainless steel, it is an ideal solution for aggressive media and corrosive environments requiring high chemical resistance.
The product is widely used in machine building, the chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as in the mining, energy, and marine sectors. The valve enables simultaneous connection of a test device for pressure monitoring in pipelines, making it an essential component in professional measurement installations.
Materials and construction
The valve body is made of stainless steel 1.4571 (acid-resistant material). The PTFE seal ensures tightness at medium temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C.
Operating parameters include a medium temperature range from -40°C to +200°C and a maximum nominal pressure PN 400 bar. The valve is equipped with G ½ B external connections and G ½ LH-RH nut, ensuring versatile mounting for various types of measuring instruments.
The Type A design with a mounting connector facilitates installation, while the version without a test connection simplifies the construction of the measurement system.
Compliance with standards and operating conditions
The product meets the requirements of the international standard DIN 16270, which defines standards for pressure gauge valves used in pressure measurement systems. Additionally, it holds EN 10204 3.1 and DIN 50049 certificates, confirming the highest quality of workmanship and compliance with European technical standards.
The valves are silicone-free, eliminating the risk of contamination of the process medium. The materials used in production are resistant to corrosion and the effects of most chemical media employed in the processing, petrochemical, and energy industries.
