The MS-L-2x4 kW-DOL unit offers comprehensive pump control, including overload protection and thermal motor control. The built-in function of periodic pump starting (every 2 seconds) prevents it from blocking, and alternating pump operation after each start evenly distributes the load. Additionally, the device has a high-level alarm with forced pump activation, which increases the safety of the installation. The ability to set a delay of up to 120 seconds allows for precise adjustment of the system's operation to specific conditions.
The device's construction allows for easy integration with various types of liquid level sensors through two digital inputs for float switches and one input for high-level signaling. Failure signaling is done via a potential-free contact, which facilitates connection to external alarm systems. The housing with IP54 protection class provides resistance to moisture and dust, allowing the device to be mounted in harsh environmental conditions.
Construction and technical parameters
The device is equipped with a locking main switch, a control panel with buttons and LEDs indicating the current operating status and any faults. Parameterization is done using DIP switches and a potentiometer, allowing easy adaptation of the device to individual installation needs. A built-in buzzer (powered by a 9V battery) informs about failures regardless of the mains power supply.
